As the CEO of Pulsar Helium, I am excited to share the latest developments in our journey toward becoming a leading helium producer. We have recently achieved a significant milestone, namely our dual listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, which not only reflects our growth but also strengthens our position within the global helium landscape, enabling us to respond more effectively to the increasing demand for this vital resource.

The Significance of Helium

Helium is more than just a party balloon gas; it is a critical resource with applications across numerous industries, including aerospace, healthcare, technology, and renewable energy. In recent years, the demand for helium has surged, driven by its essential role in MRI machines, semiconductor manufacturing, and even space exploration. As a finite resource, meeting this demand has never been more pressing, and we at Pulsar Helium are poised to play a crucial role in addressing this challenge.

Supply and Demand Dynamics

The global helium market is undergoing a dynamic shift, with demand projected to grow significantly over the next decade. This growth is fuelled by advancements in technology, particularly in sectors such as electronics and healthcare, where helium is essential. However, existing resources are dwindling, leading to a supply crunch that we aim to mitigate through innovative extraction techniques and sustainable practices.

In addition, Russia and Qatar are major players in the global helium market, possessing substantial reserves. However, geopolitical challenges, including sanctions on Russia and regional tensions affecting Qatar, impact their helium production and the stability of global supply chains.

Advancements at the Topaz Project

Our flagship project, Topaz, is at the heart of our strategy to increase the supply of helium to global markets. Located in Minnesota, USA, a stable jurisdiction with strong regulatory frameworks and local support, Topaz represents not just an opportunity for Pulsar, but also a substantial district-scale resource that could significantly enhance domestic and international helium supply. We are currently mobilising drill and rig ancillaries to the site, marking a pivotal step in our plans to deepen our existing well, Jetstream #1, as we look to potentially significantly upgrade the Topaz resource.

Deepening this well holds the promise of significantly increasing flow pressures and flow rates, harnessing the high-grade primary helium resource beneath the surface, which could transform our production capabilities. The helium concentrations we have already demonstrated far exceed the economic viability threshold, positioning us as a strong producer in the global market as we continue to unlock the project’s true potential.

Having access to high-grade helium offers several strategic advantages. It allows Pulsar to weather price fluctuations more effectively than competitors, as higher-grade helium requires smaller overall volumes for production. This efficiency not only enhances our profitability but also ensures we remain competitive in a market where price volatility is a significant concern.

Pulsar's Green Credentials

Pulsar Helium is dedicated to delivering Green Helium which is sustainably produced to meet the growing demand for this essential resource while prioritising environmental responsibility.

We focus on environmentally friendly practices, extracting helium, an inert and non-toxic gas, without hydrocarbons or water, therefore minimising the environmental impact.

Helium is vital for high-tech industries and advancing the green energy transition. Its essential role in producing battery cells and modules supports the growing reliance on battery storage systems, helping balance supply and demand in the power grid.

High Value Add Product

Topaz has a high value add product in the form of CO2, with drilling demonstrating a high content of up to 71.3%.

In the current U.S. market, there is a notable discrepancy between high demand and low supply for CO2, leading to a pressing shortage. Pulsar is uniquely positioned to address this challenge, leveraging our capabilities to provide essential resources while aligning with broader environmental objectives.

A Safe Jurisdiction for Helium Security

Topaz's location in Minnesota provides a safe jurisdiction for resource extraction, particularly critical in today’s geopolitical landscape, where mineral security is paramount. Our operations contribute to ensuring that vital resources remain accessible and secure on American soil. The potential for resource expansion upon deepening Jetstream #1 cannot be overstated; this could furnish the U.S. with a substantial district scale resource, enhancing domestic helium availability while bolstering national energy security.

Looking Ahead

As we embark on this exciting chapter, Pulsar looks set to quickly become a major player in the U.S. helium market, firmly establishing itself as one of the most significant primary helium resources. Our upcoming news flow looks set to support this trajectory, and we are looking forward to keeping our investors and stakeholders updated as we reach key milestones in what promises to be a pivotal period of growth for the company.
